Convenient access to nearby amenities like 7-Eleven.
I stayed for three nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and it was a frustrating experience. The cleaning crew clearly neglected basic tasks. I found a damp, used towel on the rack and a used toothbrush behind the towels. Additionally, the vibrations from foot traffic in the hall were unsettling, making it hard to relax during my stay.

The room left a bit to be desired. a used toothbrush peeked out behind the towels, and the cleaning crew clearly skipped some basics, like removing a damp towel from the rack. On top of that, vibrations from heavy footsteps made the second-floor stay a bit jarring. No outlets near the desk was a strange oversight, too. The location ain't walkable at all. with no car, you're stuck scrambling across 20 minutes to get anywhere decent, unless you're content with a nearby Waffle House and 7-11.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was furnished with a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to store snacks and warm up leftovers. Plus, it was right across the street from 7-11, perfect for grabbing necessities.
The cleaning left something to be desired.

Totally recommend for a day tour
Comfortable bed, convenient location, the motel's proximity to a bus stop allows easy access to downtown attractions, while the added benefit of a fridge and microwave in the room was perfect for storing snacks and warming up leftovers.

motel 6-irving, tx, dallas was a pleasant surprise! the bed was incredibly comfortable, making my three-night stay enjoyable. having a fridge and microwave in the room was super handy, and the location was great—right across from a 7-11 and next to waffle house for those late-night cravings. there’s even a bus stop nearby to get downtown easily.
the shower could use a thorough cleaning, but overall, i totally recommend.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was very helpful. A bus stop right outside provided easy access to downtown, which was a major convenience. Unfortunately, the shower was not clean, and I encountered some confusion with the front desk regarding payment. Although the laundry facilities were available, they didn’t seem necessary for my short stay.
